Pheww! It wasn't volcano in Meru, Read.

This is mount Meru but not the actual incidence

What was thought to be a volcanic activity in mount Meru turns out to be nothing but smoke from the burning animal manure. lets give it a name instead. it was just a BAM activity.....

In the past day people living in the mountain's neighborhood were reported to be at risk and enjoined to take precaution after the smoke that was seen swirling over the mountain peak being associated with what was thought to be some volcanic activity.

However it was not really a volcanic issue, rather it was fire caused by natives who were burning animal manure near the mountain where later the grass around the area also caught fire over the wind and later created a huge coat of smoke over the mountain.

NB: No injuries or serious damage was reported in relation to the fire anyhow.

Mount Meru had it's last volcanic eruption in 1910.
By the way, was anyone there when the incidence occurred? how was the experience? and even if you wasn't, what could you do if you was there?
